All of their meat and produce is locally sourced. They recycle 100%. (in order to accomplish that the 8 gallons of non-recyclable trash they produced over the last two years went to an artist) They have started a free composting program for the neighborhood.
I do get a bit inspired by people taking it to the next level. Now I have to find the will to step up my game.
