Have some land to work with? Consider silvopasture as a management method for your farm.

PublicResourceOrg

When we consider methods to improve broad scale agriculture silvopasture should always be on the high on the list of methods. By mixing tree lines of nuts, fruits and lumber species and good livestock rotation practices you gain multiple yields and income streams.

If you are thinking about using these methods and want to take it to the next level, create a secondary rotation where a different set of lanes are used to plant annual vegetables or grains every year. This method is referred to as alley cropping.

Once this mainframe is up and running start looking for niches where you can stack more functions.
